Build with boundaries you understand.
Design, test, and manage HubNova integrations from one professional sandbox with explicit scopes, temporary keys, and reliable events.
One workspace for the full integration lifecycle.
From organisation and app to scopes, installations, request logs, and signed webhooks. Sandbox and production remain technically and visually separate.
Apps & organisations
Clearly separate ownership, team roles, apps, and environments.
Keys & scopes
One-time test keys with bounded permissions and fixed expiry.
Webhooks
Stable event IDs, signatures, retries, and controlled redelivery.
Request Inspector
Status, duration, and redacted error context with a traceable request ID.
OpenAPI 3.1
One contract for validation, documentation, and reliable examples.
Installation control
Every server and scope is independently authorised, paused, or revoked.
Test realistically without touching real communities.
Synthetic servers and objects follow the same API contract, while mutations never execute Discord messages, payments, or production workflows.
From first request to reliable integration.
Documentation belongs to Developers and remains available here alongside the Console, examples, and OpenAPI definition.
Your first bounded API call
Create an organisation in the Developer Console, register an app, and generate a sandbox key. The secret is shown once.
curl https://hubnova.nl/v1/servers -H "Authorization: Bearer hn_test_YOUR_KEY"Bearer credentials
Use a key only server-side. Never place it in browser code, logs, or public repositories.
HubNova stores only a verifier and never shows the original secret again.
Request only what you need.
servers:readpublications:readevents:readroadmap:readtickets:createworkflows:runErrors machines and people can understand.
{
"type": "https://hubnova.nl/problems/missing-scope",
"title": "Missing scope",
"status": 403,
"code": "missing_scope",
"requestId": "req_..."
}Signed, repeatable, and auditable.
Consumers process duplicate, delayed, and out-of-order events idempotently. Redelivery only sends the same event again.
Change without surprises.
API and event schemas have explicit versions. Breaking changes receive an announced migration period.
Access stops immediately and fails closed.
Revoke a key or installation from the Console. Normal API and webhook access then stops immediately.
Start in the HubNova sandbox.
Register your organisation, design your first app, and test every contract before requesting live access.
