Yes. Open Profile, choose the subscription, and assign it to another server you manage. Premium is removed from the previous server immediately.

Pro and Elite can be tried for 30 days with a valid payment method. Each HubNova account can use one trial, applied to one selected server. It then becomes paid unless cancelled in time.

Credits are a predictable billing unit for AI tasks. You see the fixed credit rate upfront and the provider, model, and estimated tokens in your usage overview afterwards.

No. If the AI provider does not return a usable result, HubNova automatically refunds the reserved credits.

Yes. In your profile you can choose a one-time bundle or, where available, a recurring top-up through Stripe or Mollie.

The payment provider may retry. Once the subscription is no longer active, premium features are blocked server-side without deleting your settings.
